DELIVERY FEES
We offer free delivery on orders above $150 in New Haven County.
Orders outside of New Haven County are subject to a delivery fee.
Saturday deliveries
For Saturday deliveries you must choose the DHL SATURDAY option at checkout.
Please note we can only send orders on working days.
ORDERING FOR A PARTY/EVENT?
If you are ordering for a particular event, we strongly recommend you receive our empanadas as soon as possible (at least 2 days before the event). Our empanadas should be stored in the freezer and they last up to 3 months, so there is always opportunity to order ahead.
In the case of any delays with deliveries, we will be able to do something about it if there is a few days leeway.
We use a very reliable Next Day service with DHL, but occasionally there can be delays. Our packaging is designed to maintain the cold chain for up to 48hrs. If there is a small delay and the empanadas are delivered within that 2 day window, then they will still be safe to consume/freeze. If there is a longer delay, please contact us and we will to send the order again.
