3. Lay your empanadas out
4. Brush empanadas w/ egg wash ( optional)
5. Bake 15-25 mins or until golden brown
Air Fryer Instructions
1. Set air fryer to 350F
2. Set timer to 10 minutes
3. Bake to your taste: longer time frame gives crunchy crisp crust versus less time leading to softer flaky crust.
