Enchilada (Wholesale)

1. Set Conventional oven to pre-heat at 375 F 

2. Grease tray 

3. Lay your empanadas braid face up.

4. Brush empanadas w/ egg wash (if desired).

5. Bake 15-25 mins or until golden brown

 

Air Fryer Instructions

1. Set air fryer to 350F 

2. Set timer to 6 minutes 

  2a. Check every 2mins

3. Bake to your taste: longer time frame gives crunchy crisp crust versus less time leading to softer flaky crust.
